What's
Personal Training (PT)?
It is a trainning programme specifically
designed for a particular person by a qualified teacher with
Bachelor in Sports Science or Physical Education, according
to: sex, age, diseases, past injuries, exercise experiences,
goals and objectives. |
What
kind of exercises can be done?
All sorts of exercises, such as: running,
dancing, swimming, circuit training, low impact aerobics, step,
swiss ball, weight training, body conditioning, Swasthya Yoga,
streaching and relaxation, body pump, acqua aerobics, and many
more according to your taste. |
What
is it for?
PT promotes wellness, longevity, and a better
life style. It changes bad habbits for good habbits (for instance,
diet and posture), preventing chronical diseases (such as: heart
diseases, artheriosclerosis, arthrites, etc), back and knee
pain, and stress. |
How
can I start PT?
Calling Patrícia on 07956 66 9054
and booking your first appointment. In this first meeting Patrícia
and you will talk about your goals and objectives and decide
wheather or not they are realistic and achievable in the time
frame. Then you will be asked to answer some questions about
your life style, general health, exercises experience, pains,
exercise likes and dislikes. She will tell you how many times
a week you should work out according to your objectives, the
duration and intensity ideal for you and you will choose the
activities you would like to start with. After that Patrícia
will do a fitness assessment with you as well as a fitness test
to find out your fitness level. Then this session will end with
15-20 minutes of streaching and relaxation exercises.

their lives. Children, teenagers, adults and seniors, from médium
working class to high class. |
Where
is it done?
At various places. At the comfort of your
home, at the studio, at the gym, in the park, in the swimming
pool, etc. |
